Segmint’s AI Modeling - an autoML AI Modeling engine - is specifically designed to use Key Lifestyle Indicators® (KLIs) as model inputs, taking advantage of the full universe of insights assigned to customers. These insights describe product openings, banking behaviors, account activity, held-away payment behavior, and merchant spend patterns.

Prior to accessing the API endpoints to retrieve audience exports, API users must authenticate. Please refer to the API Developer’s Documentation for more details regarding authentication
1. Export an Audience for a Saved Equation
Export the list of customers associated with a saved KLI equation.
NOTE: Audience ID can be obtained from the Segmint platform.
2. Export a Campaign Audience
Export the list of customers included in the target audience for a campaign.
3. Export a Campaign Audience on an Exportable Channel
Export the list of customers included in the target audience for a campaign associated with an exportable channel. Customers included in an audience export associated with a campaign channel will be recorded as a touchpoint (impression) and will be used to support the influence of future campaign goal achievements. Only customers included in audience exports associated with a campaign channel will be recorded as a touchpoint (impression).
Integrations with our API
Institutions that utilize Segmint’s AI Modeling to identify account holders predicted to exhibit a behavior will have access to export the audience set via API endpoint (fully anonymized data set without PII).
