Segmint’s Marketing Automation product uses customer insights (KLIs) to deliver targeted and personalized messages to FI customers. This all-in-one platform provides customer insights, campaign management, multichannel message delivery and a reporting tool to measure the success of marketing messages. Marketing performance data, including the goals achieved as a result of marketing efforts and click data, can be accessed via Segmint’s extensive set of API endpoints.

How Segmint Data Adds Value:
1. Use the endpoint listed below to pull the list of KLIs assigned to customers within the Consumer Spend branch of the KLI taxonomy. The result will provide the set of merchants for which your customers process transactions.
2.For additional details for each KLI insight, use the following endpoint. Cycle through each KLI code to obtain the total count of customers who have transacted with the merchant.
1. Pull the set of goals your customers have achieved as a result of being served impressions from the Segmint marketing platform via the endpoint listed below. You can choose a date range or customer type (business or consumer) to filter your search.
2. For additional details about the impressions served to each customer to influence them to achieve the goal, cycle each impression through the following endpoint to identify the campaign, channel, media and other information for the impression.
1. Pull the customers that have clicked on messages served via the endpoint listed below. You can choose a specific campaing goal or click date range to filter your search.

Institutions that use the Segmint Marketing Automation product to deliver personalized insight driven messages to their customers will additionally have access to Clicks, Influences (product openings) and Impressions (Ads Served) data.
As customers click on the marketing messages served to them, click data is populated in the platform and is available via the endpoints.
When customers are influenced to open products as a result of being served impressions, influence and impression data is populated in the platform and is available via the endpoints.
The Click endpoint allows a user to retrieve a list of customers that clicked on messages (ads) served to them. Pull all click data or filter click data based on the campaign goal or click date. The Influences (Product Openings) and Impression (Ads Served) Get endpoints allow a user to retrieve lists of products opened by a single customer or by a group of customers and the set of impressions that influenced customer to open the product.
